The Beauty of the British Organ

Come and hear Daniel Cook, sub-organist of Westminster Abbey, perform on the historic ‘Father’ Willis organ of Reading Town Hall.  The programme includes the famous ‘Moonlight and Roses’ and extracts from Louis Vierne’s thrilling Sixth Organ Symphony, famed for its virtuosic, cascading pedal scales at the climax of the last movement. Presented in collaboration with the Dutch Organists’ Association.
