In addition to booking online  you can also book:

Unless otherwise indicated, tickets for Reading Arts Events and Rivermead Events are available from our friendly Box Office in the Hexagon Foyer and the Town Hall Reception (0118 960 6060).


Box Office Opening Times:
The Hexagon
Monday - Friday, 10.00am - 5.00pm 
Saturday 1 hour before the show.
Sunday and Bank Holidays: 1 hour before the show.
Box office closes at 8pm when evening shows are on.

Town Hall
Concert Hall

Monday - Saturday, 10.00am - 4.00pm
Sunday and Bank Holidays: 1 hour before the show.

South Street
Performance days: 1 hour before the show (subject to availability)

Rivermead
Monday - Friday, 10.00am - 4.00pm
Weekends and Bank Holidays, 5.30pm - 8.30pm

All Box Offices are open 1 hour prior to the advertised show start time.

All major credit cards are accepted except Diners Card and American Express.
There is a
£1 per ticket fee for tickets up to and including £10 and £1.75 per ticket fee for tickets greater than £10.
Cash purchases made in person are not subject to a booking fee

Cheques should be made payable to Reading Borough Council with your name and address on the reverse. Please note that cheques require 10 days to clear before posting/collection and tickets will be retained for collection where proof of status is required in order to obtain a discount.
