Director/Choreographer: Nick Brannon.
Musical Director: Thomas Joy.

Once again we welcome Reading Operatic Society’s extremely talented young cast to deliver an evening’s entertainment of singing and dancing with their latest show Legally Blonde.

Based on the novel and hit movie, the musical chronicles the journey of the famously perky Elle Woods the girl who has it all.  She’s President of her sorority, Hawiian Tropical Girl, voted Miss June in her campus and above all she is a natural blonde.  However her life is turned upside down when she is dumped by her boyfriend Warner Huntingdon III. because she is ’too blonde.‘  In an effort to prove to Warner that she is more than a dumb blonde she worms her way into Harvard Law school to try and win him back. She struggles to fit in and do well but  ultimately  she defies expectations and manages to stay true to her delightfully pink and  blonde personality.

It’s what a modern show should be; fun, well written and smart, filled with fabulous musical numbers and exciting choreography. We strongly urge you to get your tickets soon.
Fans of Elle are asked to enter into the spirit and wear their fabulous pink outfits!
Please note:
On Friday evening Lian Duan will give a signed performance for local hard of hearing groups.
