About

Are You Listening? Festival is back for its fourth year on Saturday 23rd April 2016, following the overwhelming success of the first three years’ events, which has seen around 4,000 festival-goers raise over £24,000 for local learning disability charity Reading Mencap.

The first wave of announcements for 2016 includes music industry legend Steve Lamacq who draws in a daily peak audience of 1.1million listeners for his BBC 6 Music show. Next up are Fiction Records (The Maccabees, Tame Impala) signings Palace, who recently sold out the prestigious Scala in London on their debut tour. We are also thrilled to announce UK Hip Hop legend DJ Format will be playing at AYL 2016!

Also announced on the bill are Artrocker DJs, Bear & The Woods, Bloodflower, Cubed DJs, Fella, Hart and The Amazons.

NB: A wristband grants access to all the venues on the day, subject to capacity, subject to age restrictions. Advance tickets must be exchanged at the Bowery District, (110-117 Friar Street) from 12pm.
