Jamie Wood

O No!

Venue: South Street (Directions)

Thu 4 May, 20:00

Advisory age: 12+

One of the most talked about shows of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2015, O No! is a psychedelic ride, and a wonky homage to the woman damned for destroying the Beatles. It borrows Yoko Ono’s art instructions to ask whether falling in love is always catastrophic.

It’s about reckless optimism, avant-garde art & what we might yet have to learn from the hippies.

Nominated for a Total Theatre Award for Innovation.

“Fractious, hilarious and punctuated by undeniable beauty, Jamie Wood’s tribute to Yoko Ono is a thing of mischief and magic” The Stage *****

Jamie Wood is a maker of theatre, clowing and dance that ranges from the comic to the darkly surreal.
