Sabbatage - A tribute to the music of Black Sabbath

Venue: South Street (Directions)

Sat 17 Dec, 20:30

Door time: 20:00

Based in Reading and performing since 2013, Sabbatage play tribute to the music of Black Sabbath. Black Sabbath are said to have invented heavy metal and have influenced a whole host of artists since their first album was released back in 1970. Black Sabbath have announced that they are bowing out of live performances in 2016, but Sabbatage keep the music alive, with songs ranging from the first album, “Black Sabbath”, through to the chart-topping 2013 album “13”.

Sabbatage concentrate on the Ozzy line-up but you’ll hear a bit of the Dio era too, and it’s all about the music rather than the look. Expect to hear all the greatest tracks from this iconic band including Black Sabbath, Iron Man, War Pigs, Children of the Sea, God is Dead? and, of course, Paranoid. Over two hours of Sabbath music backed by projected images that compliment the songs throughout, this is a must for all Black Sabbath fans.

Please note: Standing only.
