Wednesday 10 & Thursday 11 February, 7.30pm Exiled Theatre & Theale Green Community School present The Actor and Composer-in-Residence Show Jonathan Shelley's celebrated adaptation of Chekhov's lesser-known works celebrates the comedy inherent and sometimes forgotten in his work. With a soundtrack created by the new Composer in Residence Greg Haines, this promises to be a funny, moving and unforgettable evening. Adapted from the early stories and shorter plays of Anton Chekhov (1860-1904), Jonathan Shelley, Greg Haines and a host of talented actors and musicians from Theale Green Community School weave a montage of his writings, including his famous farce The Proposal, all presented in a fresh, funny and accessible style.
