The flexible design of the intimate auditorium at South Street can meet the needs for cabaret style, raked seating and standing performances. Events include fringe theatre; stand up comedy, contemporary dance, children's theatre and a variety of upcoming and established musical names.

CAPACITY:
- Main Auditorium - 120 Theatre style
- Main Auditorium - 220 Standing performances
- MacDevitts Studio - 100 Theatre style
- San Francisco Room - 20 Theatre style
FACILITIES:
There is a dressing room with a shower in addition to The Green Room and San Francisco Room.
CATERING
MacDevitts Bar opens approximately an hour before each performance for drinks and light refreshments. For music and comedy events, the bar will be open in the Main Hall and will serve drinks throughout the performances.
PARKING
There is a limited amount of parking for patrons to the rear of the centre. This is free charge. Queens Road public car park is a 2-3 minute walk from South Street.
ACCESS
Full disabled access to all parts of the building, except the San Francisco room. Unreserved wheelchair seating is available; please mention if you require this at the time of booking. Limited disabled parking is available and for evening performances parking is available outside the front of the building. Please mention when booking if you require any special assistance.
