At this event we will look at how meditation can beat stress and help you to be more relaxed, peaceful and positive in daily life. Train in powerful stress-busting techniques derived from ancient Buddhist wisdom, face life’s adversities with a happy heart, learn how to deal with ‘difficult people’ without getting angry, and transform hardships into opportunities for inner growth.
 
Anyone can attend this meditation event; it will consist of a practical talk and guided meditation.
It is suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience. Everyone is welcome.
 
ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Kadam Bridget Heyes is a senior Teacher and the elected NKT National Spiritual Director of the UK. Kadam Bridget is known for her powerful teachings, compassionate heart, and deep understanding of Buddha’s wisdom advice. Her teachings are exceptionally clear and she presents profound ideas in a way that are easy to practice and integrate into daily life. As a mother of two, she has a special insight into how to bring Buddhism alive to meet the demands of a busy modern life.
