About

Three outstanding singer-songwriters, onstage together throughout, sharing songs and stories.

James Yorkston, named as the “Finest songwriter of his generation” by the great John Peel, James has led a varied and critically-acclaimed career: an original member of The Fence Collective, a highly-praised author, a member of genre-defying Yorkston Thorne Khan and sometime folk-club organiser. “One of the most influential singer/songwriters on the Scottish folk scene” The Scotsman.

Scottish songwriter Kris Drever celebrated a decade of critical and commercial success by winning both BBC Radio 2 Folk Singer of The Year 2017 and Best Original Track 2017. "Completely infectious" BBC Music *****. "Utterly stunning" fRoots. Kris is a member of the celebrated British folk trio Lau.

Withered Hand – aka Dan Wilson. His two albums, ‘Good News’ and ‘New Gods’, have garnered accolades and been praised for their depth and startling honesty. A Rolling Stone ‘Artist to Watch’. "Endlessly lovable" NME. “Enlightening, wry and devastating but most of all, it's life-affirming” The Quietus.
